Walid Akkad
The artist has sculpted from gold their essential shapes, mastering the alternate use of brush and polish, in the wake of some works by Pompon, Moore, Arp, or Brancusi… This singular group of rings, who all stand on their own, animate a unique bestiary, that can also form a precious “cabinet of wonders“.
They live in front of you, dynamic and attractive, for the show and for your hands.

With a passion for the art and history of jewelry since childhood, Walid Akkad learned his profession in Paris at the Haute École de Joaillerie.
From the beautiful Mediterranean where he was born, he retains the light, before finding in Italian, French and English gardens a source of inspiration that combines his love of Nature and his passion for architecture. Perfecting his initial training by practicing with art craftsmen – founders, setters, polishers – he collaborates with the Maisons de la Place Vendôme and takes part in many international fairs, in Paris, London, Geneva, Monaco, New York…
Walid Akkad creates jewelry for which he is responsible for all the stages in the production process: design, modeling and sculpture. The sobriety of his collections reveals the three fundamental principles that have always guided him: defining a precise architecture, choosing rare stones and taming light, thus producing jewelry creations that provoke curiosity, enthusiasm or emotion. Each jewel is a meeting: with someone who, on discovering it, has the impression that it was intended for them, or with someone who, through dialogue in their gallery, comes up with an original creation.
