At PAD Paris 2019, Galerie Negropontes unveils never-before-seen pieces from its new, radically black and white, Monochrome collection: fullness and emptiness play with light in two pedestal tables, highlighting the beauty of the marble. The Architecture coffee table is presented in a new stone finish, in harmony with its duality of tone. 2019 is also the year of the France-Romania Season: Dan Grigorescu is at the centre of the exhibition with three of his photographs displayed in a triangular totem scenography, a mise en abyme of Brancusi’s monumental sculpture Endless Column.
